Features & Benefits |
- This skylight is recommended for roof pitches 0:12 to 68:12.
- SunWise Tempered LoE2 argon filled insulating glass. Provides cool, consistent comfort in both summer and winter. Blocks harmful UV (won’t fade furnishings).
- 20 year non-prorated limited warranty against insulated glass seal failure.
- Interior wood has a drywall return sized for both 1/2” and 5/8” wallboard and is pre-painted white.
- Rugged & durable, white extruded aluminum exterior with welded corners.
- Integral 4” pre-punched nailing flange allows for easy installation.
- An integral hinge at the top of the skylight secures the sash to the base and diverts water away from the skylight as the water drains down the roof.
- Includes a full perimeter condensation gutter. Should condensation occur the condensation gutter stops the water from running down the wood interior and causing water stains.

Skylight Installation Instructions

Skylights should be centered in the width of the panel, within 1 ft. of the sides. At customer request, skylight openings can be pre-cut and framed at the factory.

When installing, surface should be clean and dry. Apply 4” Double Bond Flex-Seal tape on all sides of pre-framed opening.

Start with the gutter side and cut so it extends 4” on either side of the opening. Make sure you roll the Flex-Seal tape until flat.

Apply either the left or right side next, finishing with the header end. All pieces should overlap the previous piece.

Carefully position skylight over opening and secure using #8 x 1/2” Tek screws 8” on center.

Place White or Foil Flex-Seal tape over top edge of flange making sure screws are covered.

Apply gutter end first, then sides, and finally the header end, making sure all pieces overlap the previous piece.
