Customer Application & Information The first step in becoming a Structall Customer is to fill out the Customer Application. This application is for commercial contractors only who want to buy panels, extrusions, windows/doors, accessories, etc. to use in building projects. To order building products from Structall Building Systems, 95% of the application can be filled out electronically!!! Step 1: Download the PDF file by clicking on the link above. Step 2: Open up the file on your computer. Click on any line in the application and type in your information. Use the TAB key to jump from one line to the next. Step 3: Once you have filled out as much of the form as you can, print out the filled in form. Step 4: Obtain the signatures and information necessary from check signers, bank officials, and any other information that cannot be filled in electronically.
