Tuff-Kote is a dual layer paint finish. A clear, protective finish, modified with a large amount of wax lubricant, is fused to the base coat during the baking cycle.

• Durable satin matte finish.
• More resistant to weather and alkalines.
• Requires less maintenance than other finishes.
• Resists scratching, marring, corrosion and fading.
• Protects against surface damage during installation process.

*Note on Colors: If the Snap-N-Lock panel is to be used in a roof application, Structall recommends using the metal color options of Sandstone, Adobe, and Bronze as a bottom skin (install DOWN), with White or Ivory as the top skin (install UP). This will reduce the “thermal bow” effect caused by darker colored metal on a stress skin panel exposed to the sun.

Extruded Beam Laminated Inside Panel
(for 3” panel and thicker)

• Extruded Beam can be custom ordered for placement anywhere in the panel. (6” from either edge)
• Beam is centered in all Stock Panel Sizes
  

Install with narrow section of foam UP.	Beam is surrounded on all sides by foam for better lamination and to reduce telegraphing.

Panels are custom made. Charged in 6” increments and available up to 32’ in length.
