Insulated Roof System By far, the feature that sets a Structall enclosure apart from alternative systems is our patented Snap-N-Lock™ Insulated Roof System. The metal skins are rolled to form a unique weather-tight joint design that adds strength to the roof and simply snaps together. Sandwiched between the metal skins is a continuous insulated foam interface. This makes the design of the panel extremely energy efficient and provides protection from the sun's heat. Because a continuous wall and roof are formed by the Snap-N-Lock™ insulated panel, it can use all its capacity to support vertical loads, has greater racking resistance and can resist local loads, buckling and bending better than even conventional construction methods. The tight joint connection is the key to its superior building performance. No additional framing members are required between panels, giving your roof a smooth, clean look. Optional chaseways can be added to roof panels to run electrical wiring and support fans or lighting fixtures. Skylights can easily be installed to bring more natural lighting into the room.
