*Note on Colors: Structall recommends using the metal color options of Sandstone, Adobe, and Ivory for use on the bottom of the 3” Riser Flat Pan only. White is the best color to reflect the rays of the sun, reducing heat buildup and related expansion problems inherent with all aluminum products.

Square Cut Riser Flat Pan

• Underside view is flat with ribs approximately every 2” and is preferred over corrugated systems. Looks very much like tongue and groove planks.
• Attaches easily to any structure.
• Gutter braces provided standard with each order to support both the extruded and roll-form gutters.
• Structall’s mounted gutter systems have less area to clog and are more accessible for cleaning than w-pan gutter. For added strength and durability, choose extruded gutter and valance.
• Custom rolled to exact lengths from 4’10” to 30’. Stock sizes also available.
  

Square Cut Riser Flat Pan Option

• Pans are boxed on one end to help prevent wind blown water from entering wall header.
• Patio cover can be enclosed and insulation can be retrofitted to unit at the time of construction or later. Adding insulation to other patio systems reduces head room under the cover, produces inconsistent temperatures, and requires bug plugs which constantly pop out of place.
• This aluminum roof system is very low maintenance, only requiring an occasional light-pressure wash to rinse off dirt and debris.
• Helps prevent water from entering wall header.
• Can be retrofitted with insulation easily.

Secure valance bracket to pan every 4 ft. Brackets can extend as much as 4” from edge of pan. The front valance is then attached to the brackets. Secure the side valance diretly to the pan.
