Return Policy

Please reference the guidelines below when requesting a return:

1. Customers returning a stock item within 30 days of purchase will receive a credit for product returned that is in resalable condition and in its original packaging.
2. A 20% restock fee is applied to all returned items.
3. Returns should be accompanied by the original invoice. For Structall accountholders returning a product within 30 days of purchase, we will make every effort to look up your receipt for you.
4. Non-Stock or Special-Order items are non-returnable.
5. Defective items should be reported upon receipt of products in order to enhance our ability to provide prompt service in addressing the issue.

*All purchases made through the Structall Website Online Store are final.
